ShowingTime had a party this week -- sort of a pre-launch party for the newest update to ShowingDesk. The upcoming release includes features requested by customers, some enhancements / improvements to existing features, and a brand new feature: ShowingVoice.
ShowingVoice will give offices a way to reduce the number of calls staffers have to make to confirm showings and notify agents. Once the front desk logs a showing request into ShowingDesk Web Edition, they're done ... ShowingVoice can make the remaining calls for them. It's sort of a hybrid solution that allows offices to maintain control over showing appointments and provide a personal touch, while also automating outbound calls to allow staff to focus on other tasks.
